Frankie Dennis World Champion becomes NVRENUF Ambassador.

We at NVRENUF Nutrition are delighted to add a new team member to the NVRENUF Squad.
I fist met Frankie 3 years ago whilst she was Boxing and working in the Royal Navy dow in Plymouth. Eventually we started to work together on Frankies nutrition and diet and the changes were dramatic.
On day Frankie walked into NVRENUF HQ and said she wanted to be a British champion in Powerlifting, so as we do at NVRENUF we got to work.
Frankie qualified first time for the British Finals where she broke an incredible 4 British records and became the British Title holder. She then went on to win the European Title and in the same year the World Championships where she became World Champion.
Frankie is also a Free Lance model and is looking to join the royal airforce next year and continue her powerlifting for the military.
Fankie also has a large instagram following where she continues to inspire people with body confidence advice and posts.
