Its official according to the news today, we are in the grasp of the Australian Flu Virus that seems to have evolved before reaching us. To add more concerns to this we are entering a big freeze as well so beware. So what can we do? Well firstly make sure any elderly relatives have enough heating available. If they are on meters or top up cards, just make sure they have enough money on them. Protection is the key! Reach for the Astragalus, Elderberry and Garlic complex.
