I met a lovely lady today in the shop who has a daughter named Lily. It's a small world as her daughter happens to be in my sons class at School.
Now Lily is a little worried about becoming sick and has a small fear of Vomiting. Amazingly I have a similar fear myself.
So is there anything we can do about this?
Well Lily, do not fear because there are a few things we can do.
Keeping our immune systems boosted is one of the first things we can do. The best way to do this is with a really good multi vitamin formula.
The second thing that is very good for nausea (feeling sick) is ginger. So ginger out biscuits are really yummy and good for sickness.
The other thing you may want to look at are special sickness bands we actually wear on our wrists.
