How do I take it?

It’s easy, just take between 1 - 2 capsules right before your evening meal. 

You say ‘move your bowels’. Does this mean I will be constantly going to the loo?

No, our formula is gentle and designed to be taken during everyday life and can provide natural constipation relief. During the first 2 days you may go a little more, but this will regulate very quickly. All our customers, including ourselves, take Rhubarb Complex whilst working, socialising or travelling without any problems whatsoever.

Can I take more than 1 capsule?

You can, but there is no need as long as you are moving your bowels once or twice a day. If you aren’t, then increase to 2 capsules.

Do I need to follow a specific diet whilst on the Rhubarb Complex?

We don’t advocate a strict diet whilst on the complex, as our products are designed to allow people to survive the 21st Century where toxins are unavoidable. However, for optimum results, we would say to avoid processed foods where possible and also to watch your intake of wheat and yeast as we find these to be the main culprits of digestive complaints.

I struggle to take capsules, does this come in any other form?

Rhubarb Complex is only available in capsule form, however, the capsules can easily be pulled apart and the contents can be mixed with food or juice and the results will be unaffected.
