I hit the ripe old age of 44 and needed that extra boost for energy and help with muscle growth. Initially started taking testosterone supplements, but after hearing of the additional benefits of Tongkat Ali, I thought I'd give it a try. Been taking it on and off for approximately 6 months now (2 months on, a month break, another 2 months on, etc) I found that I can tell the difference of my energy, my mood, my strength and I'd say, my confidence also, from how I now feel about myself since taking. Good natural supplement for test boosting. Definitely made some difference to this and has helped training. Don't expect miracles from such products but if you want something to give you an edge, this is a good option
