Ashwagandha is a therapeutic herb used to support vitality, stress and mood. It has been used for hundreds of years for its adaptogenic properties to support the nervous system and energy production. Some adaptogens have a more stimulating effect on the nervous system than others. The effect of Ashwagandha is very gentle.
The new Fermented Ashwagandha FERMANOLIDE ™ contains fermented ashwagandha, which is more bioactive and in a rapidly absorbed form.
Fermentation activates 25% more ashwagandha active withanolides and SOD-like compounds with significant health benefits.
Smaller polyphenols are absorbed more efficiently and in fermented ashwagandha the effect is stronger even at a lower dosage. Fermentation increases the bioactivity of herbs and the amount of antioxidants compared to unfermented herb.
DIRECTIONS:
As a food supplement for adults, take 1 capsule daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.
