Leg Press Triple Drop Set X 2: 20 reps per drop totalling approximately 60 reps each set
Giant Set X 4:
Squats 10-12 reps
Walking Lunges 15-20 steps
Leg Extensions drop set 20-25 reps per drop 4 drops
Partial Leg Extensions 20 reps plus Failure.
Giant Set X 5:
Hack squats10-12 reps
Straight leg deadlifts 10-12 reps
Lying Leg Curls drop set 15-20 reps per drop
Leg press15-20 reps

Squat 6 second negative, 6 second Hold, 6 second positive x 6 reps x 6 sets
